Job Summary

We are a top‑rated handyman, repair, and remodeling company serving Lake Norman, providing quality craftsmanship for homes and businesses. We are seeking an independent, multi‑skilled Craftsman to deliver repair and improvement services to our homeowners and commercial clients.

• Inspect properties, identify repair opportunities, and communicate options to customers.
• Perform plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical tasks as required.
• Use proper tools and techniques to complete work safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean‑cut appearance, a decently looking vehicle, and organized tools.
• Exceed customer expectations by promptly resolving issues and demonstrating professionalism.

• Proficient in plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical work.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills – able to interact with management, office staff, colleagues, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
• Self‑driven, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of required tools for each task, even if not personally owned.

Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (no weekend work). W‑2 status with the flexibility of an independent job.
