West Shore is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for one of our apartment communities in Kannapolis, NC. Under the Maintenance Supervisor, you will handle all aspects of on-site maintenance and repairs. The role requires strong trade skills, from electrical, plumbing and HVAC work to painting, carpentry and general repairs. You’ll read manuals, schedule preventative tasks, and respond to emergencies with safety in mind.
