Overview
As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick‑fil‑A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick‑fil‑A Supply Charlotte Distribution Center in Kannapolis, NC.
ScheduleSplit Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, from 7 AM to 5:30 PM (10‑hour days) until the work is done. The schedule will be assigned according to business needs; flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
LocationLakeshore Corporate Park, Bldg #1, 2880 Stadium Dr, Kannapolis, NC 28083.
PayStarting at $21.25 per hour.

As a Warehouse Associate, you are a key driver in the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)- Extreme Temperature
:
Working in rotation through extreme temperatures (–10 °F to 100 °F) is required. - Heavy Weights
:
Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case most of your shift; occasionally use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds. - Education
:
High School Diploma or GED. - Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking):
To safely follow verbal instructions, complete documentation and paperwork, and accurately interpret labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage, and company communications.
- Experience working in a warehouse and/or material handling preferred; previous work in food distribution is a plus.
