As our Cost Accountant, you'll play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by managing inventory accounting, analyzing production costs, improving reporting, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. You'll collaborate closely with operations, production, and accounting teams while helping drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing processes.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years of cost accounting
- Strong knowledge of inventory accounting and manufacturing cost analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
