Waldinger has an opportunity for a qualified Business Development Specialist in our Kansas City Office.
Job SummaryBuilds long term business value by increasing our client base. Retains and continually acquires high quality clients with significant financial impact for the organization.
Responsibilities- Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
Conducts comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape. Develops and implements business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Analyzes data to generate insights that informs strategic decisions and planning. - Lead Generation and Sales:
Identifies and qualifies potential clients through various channels to build long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Develops and delivers persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Manages the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and client onboarding to ensure client satisfaction throughout the process. - Client Relationship Management:
Builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and concerns. Conducts regular follow-ups and check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities. - Planned Maintenance:
Identifies and secures new partnership opportunities by implementing a strategic plan set by leadership.
- 5-7 years of sales, business development, or related field. Experience with maintenance contracts preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field
