Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their growing construction team in Kansas. This role is based in Topeka, with projects located within a one-hour commuting radius.
Our client is a highly reputable General Contractor, well known in the Texas region, and is expanding their reach to Kansas. Are you the right person to help this office thrive?
The ideal candidate will have experience running higher education and healthcare construction projects as the Lead Superintendent.
Qualifications- 7+ years of superintendent experience with strong tenure
- Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation healthcare and/or higher education projects
- Proven ability to lead field staff, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain project schedules
- Knowledge of construction technology platforms (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
- Oversee day-to-day field operations from groundbreaking to closeout
- Manage subcontractors and field staff effectively
- Maintain project schedules and communicate updates to project management
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to verify field accuracy
