Kansas City, KS | Full‑Time | $80,000 – $100,000 Annually

Czarniecki Construction is a Division 10 and 12 supply and install company serving commercial clients across the region. Our Kansas City division specializes in Division 12 interior products, with a current focus on commercial window shades. We take pride in delivering high‑quality installations and building lasting relationships with our clients and project partners.

We are looking for an organized, detail‑oriented Project Manager to join our Kansas City team. This role is a blend of field work, office coordination, and warehouse responsibilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable on commercial construction sites, communicates well with contractors and installation crews, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Conduct jobsite visits to coordinate installation details and assess site conditions.
• Record accurate field measurements to ensure proper material specifications.
• Communicate directly with general contractors, site supervisors, and installation crews.

• Mark up drawings and plans to coordinate window shade installations.
• Order materials through manufacturer online portals accurately and on schedule.
• Track and manage submittals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.

• Receive and unload incoming material deliveries.
• Inspect materials upon arrival to verify accuracy and condition against purchase orders.
• Coordinate with installation crews on material readiness and staging.

• Familiarity with commercial construction sites and standard jobsite protocols — required.
• Ability to read and mark up construction drawings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools including email, ordering portals, and document management.
• Experience in Division 10 or 12 products, window treatments, or interior construction a plus.
• Ability to lift and unload materials as needed in a warehouse setting.

• Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
• Full‑time position based in Kansas City, KS.
