Project Manager- WTP/WWTP

Kansas City, KS (must be located in KS) Salary: $100K-$150K (salary depends on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager- WTP/WWTP to oversee and manage our industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy industrial and commercial construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for industrial projects.
• Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage and supervise construction personnel, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports as required.
• Implement lean construction techniques to optimize project efficiency and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations and industry standards.

• 1+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in ground-up construction with self-perform experience WTP/WWTP
• Strong knowledge of heavy industrial projects, including water and wastewater treatment plants.
• Familiarity with site work, concrete, and piping operations.
• Experience in municipal construction and inspection processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
