Senior Project Manager

Support the Project Director in all aspects of planning and executing construction projects, mainly industrial and logistics facilities.

Your main tasks:

• Accompany and support the Business Development Director and the Project Director in the phase of conception and cost evaluation of projects, by dealing with the requirements, conditions, and processes of the customers
• You are partly responsible for project management with a focus on deadlines, costs, and quality, including contract management on the contractor's side
• You support the Project Director in technical and administrative tasks and exchange regularly with him
• You monitor construction progress on site
• You ensure a smooth and safe course of projects in accordance with the company's internal guidelines and customer requirements

- You have a completed degree as a civil engineer, architect, or a similar qualification

- At least 5 years of professional experience in project management of complex construction projects

- Thorough knowledge of VOB and HOAI

- Confident use of MS-Office, MS-Project, and AVA programs

- Independent, structured, solution-oriented, and customer-focused working style

- Strong quality, cost, and time awareness

- Assertiveness coupled with high social competence

- Secure English language skills (and/or French) in speech and writing

- High commitment and willingness to travel (min. 3 days/week on site)
