About the Opportunity

We are seeking engaged, tech‑savvy, and confident communicators interested in stepping into a professional environment supporting major national accounts such as Walmart, Amazon, Target, Lowe's, CVS, and more.

This role is ideal for candidates from retail, hospitality, food service, or customer-facing roles who want meaningful career advancement, a structured office environment, and long‑term growth without the manual labor of traditional service roles.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will support large national clients by managing service requests from start to finish. Core responsibilities include:

+ Handling electronic and phone-based work ticket orders (with many outbound calls).

+ Verifying and qualifying customer service requests.

+ Checking technicians in and out of jobs.

+ Dispatching purchase orders to subcontractors or internal divisions promptly and accurately.

+ Providing clear, efficient, customer-centered service in a fast‑paced environment.

+ Performing additional administrative and operational support tasks as assigned.

This position sits within a high-volume, detail-oriented department supporting Priority 1 (National Accounts).

✅ Top Skills & Experience

Required:

+ 1+ year of customer service experience.

+ Strong preference for retail, food service, hospitality, or banking backgrounds (e.g., Chick‑fil‑A, Quik Trip, retail stores, bank tellers).

+ Solid tenure in prior roles (minimum one year per position).

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.

+ Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and comfort with fast-paced work.

Nice-to-Haves:

+ Prior experience in a call center environment.

+ Experience working with work order systems or dispatching.

+ Friday - Monday: 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Mandatory Training

Schedule:

For the first two weeks:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (classroom setting)

Followed by on‑floor shadowing during assigned shift.

Work-From-Home Policy

+ Must work onsite for a full year before eligible for hybrid work.

+ Contract time counts toward the one-year requirement, so eligibility typically occurs ~6 months after conversion depending on timing.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
