Job Responsibilities:
- Dispatching and handling incoming multi-line telephone calls
- Scheduling appointments and follow-up on customer service inquiries
- Utilizing software to maintain work performed and charges
- Other duties as assigned by the manager
- Excellent computer knowledge, internet navigation, email, database navigation
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- At least 2 years of trades customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
- We have a laid back office dog
