Lead and back up Call Center Representatives to ensure timely responses across all communication channels and accurate documentation in call center software;
Ensure adequate phone coverage and high-quality customer service in the absence of the Supervisor;
Assist with training and mentoring new hires and monitoring progress;
Assist with generating and distributing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on call volumes, referrals, and statistics;
Administer call center incentive programs and support events and initiatives within the department
