Outpatient Psychiatrist

Overview

We are hiring Outpatient Psychiatrists in Kansas City, MO. Open to H1B and J-1 candidates.

Psychiatrists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking psychiatrists who are fully licensed, board certified/board eligible, and experienced in both medication management and therapy. This role offers 100% outpatient work in a group practice setting with telemedicine and in-person flexibility, newly designed offices, full administrative support, strong work/life balance, and a competitive compensation package.

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care in a group practice setting.
• Utilize telemedicine as well as in-person visits.
• Collaborate with mid-level providers (optional) for enhanced patient care.
• Engage in medication management and therapy as part of comprehensive care.

• Compensation $350,000+ plus a substantial sign-on bonus.
• Annual cash bonus incentive.

• Fully licensed in MO; BE/BC; unencumbered DEA. Willingness to become licensed in KS is a plus.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
