For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $128,480 - $192,720 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric has a Systems Architect Expert (SAE) position available now (also known as Application Engineer). The sole goal of this position is to assist SE sales and our partner sales teams in a technical “pre‑sales” capacity to help sell more automation solutions to our customers. The U.S. SAE team is composed of highly trained, highly capable engineers that know and are seen as experts regarding our factory floor automation solutions.

Their expertise is focused on our PLC’s, VFD’s, HMI, SCADA and Analytic solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for new automation technology, be commercially savvy and can speak about automation solution in a group setting. Knowledge of AVEVA software (Wonderware/ System Platform etc.) is a plus. Knowledge of PLC/PAC is important.

• Visit customers with the SE sales teams, channel partners (Distribution) or proactively on your own.

• Build demos to help the customer visualize the main solution concepts (proof of concept)
