We are seeking a versatile, hands‑on Manufacturing and Quality Manager/Engineer with a solid background in Quality Management Systems, Quality Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Manufacturing Process Improvement. This role supports new product introduction, ensures product quality, and optimizes manufacturing processes to meet operational goals.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality engineering, preferably in HVAC or customer fabrication environments
• ASQ Certified Manager of Quality (CMQ/OE) and/or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar systems, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles and experience implementing the systems
• Proficient with CAD software (Solid Works preferred), ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP a plus) and Microsoft Office
• Hands‑on approach to problem‑solving and process improvement
• Preferred experience with sheet metal fabrication, HVAC products, or low‑voltage electrical systems
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC), Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA), and Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
• Preferred project management experience

• Develop and maintain a quality program for the company
• Manage inspection standards, perform and oversee quality audits, and documentation to meet ISO 9001/AS9100 or equivalent standards
• Client presentations on the quality program

• Author quality system procedures, design and implement a testing program
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) for product defects
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming material quality
• Field visits where required, to troubleshoot and solve quality problems

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes for HVAC systems and sheet metal components
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects
• Develop work instructions, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures
• Support the transition of new designs into production, including tooling, fixtures, and equipment selection
