We’re hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design for healthcare building projects. This role will oversee the full design process — from calculations and system layouts to construction documents and site coordination — ensuring projects align with budget, codes, and client goals.
What You’ll Do:- Lead mechanical design and quality control for healthcare projects
- Develop construction documents for new builds and renovations
- Ensure compliance with mechanical, energy, and FGI codes
- Support construction administration (site visits, shop drawings)
- Mentor junior designers and drive cost-efficient design solutions
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering (ABET-accredited)
- 8+ years of mechanical engineering experience (healthcare required)
- FE required | PE preferred
- Experience with Revit & Trane Trace
- Strong communication and leadership skills
