In this Principal role, you will bring strategic insight, energy, and technical expertise to develop high‑performing teams and deliver exceptional environmental solutions.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners through networking, outreach, and consistent communication.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Lead project teams, inspire collaboration, and ensure high-quality execution.
- Manage team workload, provide coaching, deliver feedback, and foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee project performance, including budgets, schedules, profitability, and resource planning.
- Support business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities with current and prospective clients.
- Lead or support proposal development, cost estimating, and project reporting.
- Contribute technical expertise to environmental projects such as:
- Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)
- Soil, vapor, and groundwater investigations
- Remedial action planning and oversight
- Ensuring high-quality deliverables and service excellence
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or related field.
- 10+ years of environmental consulting experience aligned with the duties listed.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
- Professional Geoscientist (P.G.) or Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
- Experience working with industrial, energy, agricultural, or commercial clients.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and staff development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical‑thinking skills.
- Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport with new contacts.
