Network Administrator
Design and manage WAN/LAN network administration, enterprise wireless, and SD-WAN solutions.
Administer Cisco ASA, Palo Alto firewalls, and VPN configurations.
Troubleshoot Level 3 network issues and ensure timely resolution.
Improve network tools such as Solar Winds, Panorama, Prime, Cisco DNA, and Infoblox.
Investigate network issues, test solutions, and optimise resolution time.
Provide recommendations to enhance network performance and optimisation.
Manage hardware and software upgrades for network infrastructure.
Support Level 1/2 teams in resolving network-related issues.
Expertise in Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches.
Strong knowledge of Cisco OSPF, BGP, iWAN routing protocols.
Experience with Cisco WLC wireless solutions.
Proficiency in Cisco ASA/FP, Checkpoint, Palo Alto firewalls, VPN, and ZScaler.
Familiarity with SD-WAN, Cisco ACI, Prime, Client, and DNAC.
Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols.
Experience with WAN and backbone network protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
Knowledge of next-generation firewall technologies like Palo Alto, Check Point, and Fortinet.
Experience with cloud networks and security in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
