Responsibilities- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Welding Technologies department
- Development and implementation of strategies to optimize welding processes
- Introduction of new technologies and automation solutions in the welding area
- Ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards
- Cooperation with internal departments such as production, engineering, and quality assurance
- Management of external partners, suppliers, and service providers
- Budget planning and control
- Promotion and development of your team
- Completed degree in mechanical engineering, materials engineering, production engineering, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in welding technology, ideally in a leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of common welding processes (e.g., MIG/MAG, TIG, laser)
- Experience with automation and robotics in the welding environment
- Leadership skills, assertiveness, and communication ability
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German and English language skills
- A permanent contract, flexible working hours, 30 vacation days
