Process Engineer

Location: Greenwood, South Carolina

What you will do
  • You will monitor production performance and product quality to identify improvement opportunities.
  • You will analyze equipment effectiveness and implement actions to improve efficiency.
  • You will lead root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality and production challenges.
  • You will support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events.
  • You will develop and maintain SOPs and training materials for manufacturing teams.
  • You will lead or support projects that improve safety, quality, cost, and capacity.
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data and drive improvements.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in an FDA-regulated environment is preferred.
