Graduate Program "PROMO"
The program extends over 18 months and offers more than a dozen training units. It focuses on civil engineering and project management and is accompanied by a mentor. Workshops are also held to promote interaction and mutual acquaintance. Participants are assigned to a project in the planning and implementation phase in their countries.
Tasks
- Participation in planning meetings, tenders, and award talks
- Coordination and monitoring of subcontractors and construction schedules
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
Profile
- You are a graduate from a university in the field of civil engineering/building construction or have up to 2 years of experience as a civil engineer
- You are open to new things, like teamwork, and are interested in project management
- You are curious, organized, and committed
- You have good English (and/or French) skills in speech and writing
- Mobility during the week is required (approx. 3 days)
