Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service, through the consistent practice and delivery of Red Carpet Customer Service to all guests and team members.;
Process cash transactions for casino customers.;
Enroll patrons into Players Club, issue Players Club cards, maintain accurate player tracking information and assist the Marketing Department with all casino promotions.;
Balance cash drawers and ensure drawers are at appropriate impressed amount at beginning and end of each shift; perform buys with main bank.;
Complete all necessary paperwork and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
