Penn National Gaming - - Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service and perform cash transactions for casino guests;
Enforce Title 31 regulations and enroll patrons into the Players Club, issuing cards and maintaining accurate player tracking;
Answer incoming calls with proper etiquette and balance cash drawers at shift end;
Perform cash buys with main bank and ensure drawers are stocked for the next shift;
Complete necessary paperwork and adhere to department and company policies
