This analyst seat is the first step on a defined career track toward becoming a client‑facing, revenue‑generating banker. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll gain hands‑on exposure to the full lifecycle of municipal finance transactions, including:

• RFP responses
• Bond sizing and cash‑flow modeling
• Debt profile analysis
• Transaction execution

You will work with peers, senior bankers, and increasingly, directly with clients. High performers will earn the opportunity to relocate to one of our regional offices, where they will take on greater client ownership and develop origination and relationship‑management skills as a producing banker.

• Degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, management, engineering, or related fields.
• Demonstrated high achievement, especially in team or competitive settings.

Anticipated starting salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 per year, dependent on experience and location. The position is eligible for annual incentive compensation, contributing to total compensation competitive with the market.
