High Plains Farm Credit also serves as the administrator of the Farm Credit Capital Group, a consortium of 19 Farm Credit System entities ($25BN+ in combined assets) which focuses on purchasing senior secured debt in the corporate food/ag, energy infrastructure, and telecommunications sectors.

POSITION PURPOSE

High Plains Farm Credit is currently recruiting a Capital Markets Servicing Processor to focus on workflow coordination and originating and servicing loans in accordance with Association policies and procedures. The Capital Markets Servicing Processor will provide exceptional customer service as the Farm Credit Capital Group administrator by effectively communicating with lead lenders and purchasing participants.

JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Coordinate information between lead lenders and purchasing partners with regards to documents and status updates.
  • Follow Association procedures to assist with staging, reviewing, and booking loan actions.
  • Review and process Loan Agreements, Certificates of Participation and other relevant documents.
  • Complete post-closing processes and a final review to confirm all documents are executed and properly filed in accordance with Association standards.
  • Manage and maintain loan funding and pricing.
  • Monitor and organize borrower files for internal use and business partners.
  • Assist with reporting used for FCA requirements, auditor reviews, Board of Directors, and data integrity of the loan management system.
QUALIFYING CHARACTERISTICS
  • Associate’s degree in accounting, business or relevant field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related office experience.
  • Proficient in generating highly accurate work, organizing, and prioritizing duties.
  • General knowledge of loan documentation and servicing processes.
