The Banquet Houseperson is the master of setup and smooth transitions. From beachy wedding receptions to corporate gatherings with a coastal twist, you’ll ensure every room is arranged to perfection — island style.

• Set up banquet rooms according to event orders (tables, chairs, stages, dance floors, décor, linens, etc.)

• Break down and reset spaces efficiently for the next event

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas and storage spaces

• Assist banquet servers and leadership during events as needed

• Ensure audio/visual equipment and staging elements are properly placed

• Respond quickly to last-minute changes — because even paradise needs flexibility

• Follow safety and lifting procedures while handling equipment and furniture

• Deliver exceptional service with a positive, team-focused attitude

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow diagrams and setup instructions

  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Team-player mindset with a strong work ethic

  • Prior banquet or hospitality experience preferred (but we’ll train the right go-getter!)
