Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Engineer to join their team!
Are you passionate about endpoint technology and ready to level up your impact? This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, enterprise-level IT environment where you’ll be on the front lines of modernizing and supporting device management for thousands of end users.
Responsibilities:
- Support enterprise endpoint devices across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Provide Tier 2 support for escalated incidents and service requests via Service Now.
- Contribute to the enterprise migration of mobile device management to Microsoft Intune.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Exposure to Intune and Azure AD-based device management.
- Desktop support experience including break/fix and remote troubleshooting.
- 1+ years of experience supporting endpoints in an enterprise environment.
