• Drive AI transformation deals by leading consultative conversations with business decision makers, showcasing the value of Copilot, Copilot Studio, Viva, and Agents at Work.
• Act as a trusted advisor by aligning AI solutions to customer priorities, building compelling ROI-based business cases, and qualifying deals effectively.
• Accelerate paid Copilot growth through immersive engagements, extensibility strategies, and security-focused narratives.
• Lead end-to-end sales motions for Copilot Studio and Cloud PC/Virtualization (Windows 365 and AVD), including Intune Suite attach opportunities.
• Strategically grow frontline worker (FLW) sockets and Copilot adoption, driving upsell and customer prioritization in collaboration with Digital Sales and Engineering teams.
• Support Teams Phone and ME5 opportunities through partner-led motions and orchestrate deal closure with Commercial Executives.
• Build new pipeline and secure customer intent to buy by leveraging digital signals, partner workshops, and marketing events.
• Maintain accurate account plans and MSX updates, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and consumption milestones.
• Coordinate cross-solution opportunities across Security, Business Applications, Surface, and Azure, partnering with ATU, CSU, Fast Track, and other stakeholders.
• Uphold compliance by modeling ethical behavior, completing required trainings, and proactively identifying and escalating risks.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in technology-related sales or account management
• OR equivalent experience
• 1+ year of experience with Generative and Agentic AI
• 2+ years of experience with Workforce AI solutions like Copilot, Copilot Studio, Viva, Cloud PC/Virtualization, Intune and/or similar technologies

• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management
• OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 12+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management
• 7+ years of experience in technical sales or solution engineering
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and Copilot architecture
• Experience building AI Agents
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills

Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $107,600 - $187,500 per year. There is a different range for specific work locations within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area (USD $145,600 - $205,600).

Solution Area Specialists IC5 - The typical base pay range across the U.S. is USD $133,000 - $222,700 per year. There is a different range for SF Bay Area and NYC locations (USD $170,300 - $239,800).
