IT Business Analyst; JDE

Position: IT Business Analyst (JDE)
A client of Insight Global is seeking an Sr. IT Business Analyst to participate in a team environment as a key member of the implementation team. This person will be responsible for global desi, realization, implementation and support of all ERP applications within JD Edwars (JDE), Enterprise One, eRMS, and other internal applications. This person will be a core member of the implantation initiative team working cross functionally throughout the organization.

This role analyzes business needs and translates them into JDE/eRMS system requirements, ensuring accurate configuration, testing, and documentation. It provides daily support to u , resolves system and integration issues, and keeps processes, training materials, and test scripts current. The analyst evaluates and improves existing workflows, leads design and prototyping sessions, and supports the planning, testing, and deployment of new system enhancements.

The role also prepares recommendations, conducts ROI assessments, collaborates with cross functional teams, and manages small project efforts as need

Required Skills & Experience

• eRMS (a product by NCS) greatly desired

• Strong business analysts skills - good with internal u , etc

• MS SQL experience

• JDE World (green screen version)

• iSeries / RPG development

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience Cross functional Leadership

• Bachelors degree in IT or Business Admin
