QA Lead, IT​/Tech, Systems Analyst

Overview:
Every consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a QA Lead, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.

Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of QA including test planning, test execution, and coordination of UAT sessions

Engage in design sessions to understand team structure, stakeholders, and overall test strategy for implementation

Oversee system testing, SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing

Mentor and guide QA Analysts on the project (not a formal reporting role but provide direction)

Collaborate with the Director and business sponsors throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

10+ years of QA experience with strong knowledge of QA methodologies

Expertise in manual testing (automation exposure is a plus)

Ability to work with senior stakeholders and communicate effectively

Experience coordinating UAT and SIT sessions

Preferred Qualifications:

HCM domain knowledge (People Soft, Oracle, or Workday)

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $155,000 or the hourly equivalent.
