Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive IT Support Specialist to deliver proactive, high-touch technical support for executive and VIP users. This role will ensure reliable, secure, and seamless IT operations by providing on-site and remote assistance, maintaining technology systems, and coordinating with Corporate IT, Security, and Application teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide white-glove, high-quality IT support to executives and VIP staff, both in-person and remotely.
  • Build strong relationships with executive users to anticipate their needs and ensure consistent, reliable technology experiences.
  • Resolve complex technical issues involving hardware, software, and communication systems with minimal disruption.
  • Partner with corporate IT teams to implement, configure, and maintain executive-facing technologies and devices.
  • Conduct proactive technology reviews; perform installations, upgrades, and replacements; and maintain IT readiness.
  • Educate executives on secure IT practices and new technologies to improve adoption and efficiency.
  • Manage and track support tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution while maintaining high service standards.
  • Provide after-hours and weekend support as needed to ensure continuous system availability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (5+ years in IT support roles).
  • Minimum 3 years of direct experience supporting C-level or VIP staff.
  • 5+ years of experience with desktop hardware, operating systems, and printer support.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and Apple mobile devices.
  • Proficiency with video conferencing, messaging, and telephony systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to provide 24/7 on-call support and travel up to 25%.
Preferred
  • Relevant certifications from Microsoft, Apple, or CompTIA.
