Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Microsoft 365 Administrator to support and enhance Microsoft 365 collaboration services across the organization. This role will focus heavily on project work, platform improvements, and service enhancements while also helping with critical operational issues and escalated support needs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Microsoft 365 collaboration projects, enhancements, and service improvements.
  • Support and improve SharePoint, One Drive, Teams, Exchange, and related collaboration platforms.
  • Troubleshoot complex mail flow, permissions, access, and collaboration issues.
  • Analyze mail flow delivery issues and message headers to identify their root causes.
  • Create and manage SharePoint sites, Teams sites, shared mailboxes, and guest users.
  • Support external sharing, onboarding, offboarding, and access management processes.
  • Partner with users and internal teams to improve SharePoint structures and collaboration workflows.
  • Develop and maintain Knowledgebase articles, technical documentation, and support standards.
  • Assist with critical KLO issues and escalated operational support needs.
  • Support internal projects related to AI, Copilot, Microsoft 365, and collaboration services.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions, process improvements, and long‑term platform planning.
Requirements
  • 5–8 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, collaboration engineering, or related IT operations.
  • Extensive experience with Exchange and Microsoft collaboration technologies.
  • Experience supporting SharePoint, One Drive, Teams, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Ability to troubleshoot advanced mail flow, permissions, access, and collaboration issues.
  • Experience supporting project‑based work, platform enhancements, and internal initiatives.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to support critical issues while primarily focusing on projects and service improvements.
  • Microsoft 365 certifications.
