Test Architect Tosca Telecom

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Architect with deep expertise in Tosca and a strong background in the Telecom domain.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing test architecture, leading automation initiatives, and aligning testing strategies with project goals.

This role requires excellent communication skills, technical leadership, and hands-on experience with modern testing tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and map test architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Lead Tosca automation initiatives and ensure best practices are followed.
• Create and manage JIRA dashboards for test tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with release processes.
• Apply Telecom domain knowledge to enhance test coverage and relevance.
• Utilize tools such as JIRA, QTest, Tableau, and Tosca for test management and reporting.
• Promote and implement testing methodologies such as TDD (Test-Driven Development) and DDD (Domain-Driven Design).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the QA team.
• Ensure alignment of test strategy with project goals and timelines.

• Strong experience in test design and architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of the Telecom domain.
• Hands-on experience with Tosca automation.
• Proficiency in JIRA, QTest, and Tableau.
• Experience creating and managing JIRA dashboards.
• Familiarity with TDD, DDD, and Agile testing practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and architect QA teams and solutions.

• Prior experience in large-scale telecom testing environments.
• Experience working in geographically distributed teams.
