Database Administrator
ITCON Services is seeking a Senior MS Access Database Developer to support the USDA FPAC Business Operations Branch Financial Management Tool (FMT) and related IT financial systems. The Developer will drive database development, reporting, data integration, and system maintenance in a federal IT financial environment.
This role will be accountable for designing, enhancing, and troubleshooting the FMT, integrating with MariaDB/AWS, and supporting automated data feeds and reporting.

Applicant must be a permanent resident or citizen of the United States and clearable for Public Trust clearance with the U.S Government.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain MS Access databases supporting IT financial management.
- Design, modify, and enhance database forms, queries, and reports.
- Support integration with MariaDB, AWS-hosted systems, and SharePoint.
- Troubleshoot application and data issues.
- Support automated data feeds and financial reporting.
- Maintain database documentation and configurations.
- Support enhancements to the BOB FMT repository.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
- 5+ years of MS Access database development experience.
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
- Experience supporting financial or portfolio management systems.
- Ability to work independently in a federal IT environment.
- Public Trust clearance eligibility.
- Experience with MariaDB, AWS, or cloud-hosted databases.
- Familiarity with federal IT financial systems.
