• Reporting to the IT CRM Manager

• You will be responsible for assisting them by gathering the necessary information and preparing materials for various team meetings, workshops and committees

• You will assist in the structuration of the team's documentation and help to deliver the reference system, enabling the AI agent dedicated to business analysts

• Support the preparation of IT audits, reviews, and related documentation

• You will take part in several thematic meetings and assist in the production of follow and governance tools (roadmaps, reports, etc.)

• First experience in an agile team and with customer relationship management tools or application development

• Good understanding of Agile frameworks, Scrum and of the roles and responsibility in a product team

• In-depth knowledge of wiki-type information systems, data analysis tools and the Microsoft 365 suite is essential.

• High sense of responsibility, flexibility and a confident manner

• Enjoyment of new tasks and working independently

• Rigorous, organized and committed way of working

• Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken), French is an asset
