Lead Material Planning Analyst

• Identify ML server/rack requirements and coordinate delivery to ensure Data Center capacity
• Provide dedicated program management support, including deployment issue resolution
• Communicate with Engineering, Core Enablement functional workstream owners, and the management team
• Support a Lean culture within the server staging and data center workflow

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 2 years of experience in Data Center operations, ML hardware logistics, or supply chain
• Project management experience and knowledge of the high-density server/rack vertical
• Experience with Microsoft Office and DCIM/Inventory Management software
• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective, reciprocal work relationships within and outside of the company

Demonstrates expertise in Data Center Operations and ML Hardware Logistics, with a strong focus on Project Management and effective communication across teams. Proven ability to support a Lean culture and resolve deployment issues efficiently.
