Senior Power Platform Administrator

Position:
Senior Power Platform Administrator Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000 annually, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Power Platform Administrator to join their team!

This is a high-impact opportunity for a Power Platform professional who wants to own platform strategy, governance, and security in an enterprise environment. You'll serve as the primary subject-matter expert, helping ensure the platform is well-managed, scalable, and aligned with business needs while supporting developers and IT partners across the organization.

• Own Power Platform administration, governance, and support.
• Manage environments, access, and security standards.
• Implement and maintain DLP policies.
• Oversee licensing strategy and usage.
• Support developers with platform-related issues.
• Guide connector, API, and permissions decisions.
• Help define and improve environment strategy.
• Partner with IT teams on platform enablement.
• Contribute to Copilot and AI governance efforts.

• 5-8 years of Power Platform experience.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of DLP policies and governance.
• Understanding of licensing models and requirements.
• Experience with environments, security, and access models.
• Ability to support technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently.

• Exposure to AI, Copilot, or agent governance.
• Experience with Copilot Studio.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform strategy.
• Experience with large user populations.
• Background in formal deployment processes.
• Experience managing multiple environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise governance frameworks.
