The Role

As a Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist, you'll focus on the core productivity stack – Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, One Drive for Business, Exchange Online and Viva – while also acting as a subject matter expert across Microsoft Entra , Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 Copilot. You'll be responsible for the implementation, configuration, migration, administration and optimisation of these services, helping customers maximise the value of their Microsoft investment.

This is a customer-facing Professional Services role where you'll deliver technical projects, support solution implementations and work closely with customers to solve business challenges through technology. From collaboration and productivity solutions to security, compliance and migration projects, you'll play a key role in helping organisations modernise the way they work.

This role is remote-first, with monthly travel to our Meppershall office and occasional travel to customer sites.

You'll be someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working directly with customers and taking ownership of delivery. You'll be confident explaining Microsoft 365 solutions in a clear and practical way and comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities at the same time.

We're looking for someone with strong experience designing, implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions within customer-facing environments.

• Deliver Microsoft 365 implementation, migration and optimisation projects for customers.
• Act as a subject matter expert across Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, One Drive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Entra , Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Implement collaboration and productivity solutions across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, One Drive for Business, Exchange Online and Viva.
• Configure and administer Microsoft Entra , including Conditional Access, authentication methods, hybrid identity and access management solutions.
• Configure and support Microsoft Purview solutions, including Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Retention, eDiscovery and Insider Risk Management.
• Deliver Microsoft 365 migration projects, including tenant-to-tenant, Google Workspace, on-premises, Exchange and file server migration programmes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Conduct technical discovery activities, assessments, workshops and customer engagements.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation, implementation guides and operational handover documentation.
• Develop Power Shell-based automation and administration solutions.
• Contribute to service improvements, technical best practice and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Support less experienced engineers through mentoring and technical guidance.
