Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect

Description: Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect to join our client focused on expanding and optimizing their existing Oracle Cloud HCM environment. This role will partner closely with technical and integration teams to design scalable solutions and ensure seamless connectivity across business systems.
This is a permanent full-time role and requires candidates to be able to accept the position without sponsorship.

• Proven expertise implementing and enhancing Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, and Talent Management.
• Strong understanding of HCM data model, configuration, and business process design, with the ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience collaborating with integration teams to define requirements and validate end-to-end solutions connecting Oracle Cloud HCM to external systems.
• Skilled in documenting design decisions, process flows, and functional configurations; capable of presenting solutions clearly to both business and IT audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while managing multiple enhancement and integration initiatives concurrently.

• Lead functional solution design and configuration for Oracle Cloud HCM modules to support ongoing system enhancements and integration efforts.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate integration designs, data mappings, and process automation between Oracle HCM and third-party systems.
• Support data governance, testing, and deployment activities to ensure quality and consistency across connected environments.
• Partner with business stakeholders to analyze new requirements, troubleshoot issues, and recommend scalable, sustainable solutions.
• Provide functional guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to ensure smooth adoption and long-term system stabillity.
