Jericho Road Community Health Center is actively seeking a Director of Information Technology
. This position is full-time, within the IT Department, working at our 166 Barton location with the expectation of travel between all sites.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, document, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Develop and maintain network architecture standards, diagrams, and documentation.
• Lead network expansion, relocation, and integration projects.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure scalability and performance of network systems to support organizational growth.
• Manage routing, switching, wireless networking, SD-WAN, VPN, and internet connectivity.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity utilization.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Coordinate maintenance windows, upgrades, and equipment replacements.
• Maintain network redundancy and high-availability configurations.
• Administer and optimize firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, network access controls, and security monitoring tools.
• Implement network segmentation strategies to protect clinical and business systems.
• Support HIPAA, HITECH, HRSA, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
• Oversee all organizational telecom platforms
• Participate in vulnerability assessments, penetration testing remediation, and cybersecurity audits.
• Collaborate with security teams to investigate and resolve security incidents.
• Serve as a primary technical liaison for network and telecommunications vendors.
• Manage ISP relationships, circuit implementations, and telecommunications contracts.
• Lead infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and support.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and technical specifications.
• Participate in after-hours support and incident response activities
• Provide technical leadership during critical outages and disaster recovery events
