This is a full-time, Producer role based in Kansas City, KS. The Producer will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying insurance needs, and presenting tailored insurance solutions. Primary tasks include prospecting and acquiring new clients, providing consultations, preparing customized insurance proposals, renewing existing policies, and demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of insurance products. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and ensuring client satisfaction through timely communication and high‑quality service.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Time management, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency in using software and technology for customer management, sales tracking, and policy management
• Active insurance license (or ability to obtain one) in the state of Kansas
• Experience in the insurance industry or related fields is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a strong advantage
