We are looking for a part-time Property Caretaker / Maintenance person for our apartment building in Kansas City, KS. Caretaker unit available rent free! $21 - $24 per hour.

- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs
- Do all duties related to unit turnovers
- Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks
- Implement required unit and building inspections
- Perform routine errands
- Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work
- One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs
- Work independently
- Effective communicate orally and in writing
- Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individuals
- Availability to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 6pm
Full-time hours available at our other location in Kansas City, KS
