1. Provides production labor towards assigned work areas.

2. Follows established company policies and procedures.

3. Communicates effectively both in written and verbal forms.

4. Works in a safe manner.

5. Focus on a “team” concept.

6. Focus on achieving company production standards.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, sometimes repetitively, throughout the duration of the shift
• Must be able to reach overhead, work in stooping, kneeling, and standing positions
• Must be able to perform pushing, pulling, bending, and climbing activities using hands, wrists, elbows, shoulders, back, and legs
• Must have dexterous use of both hands
• Must have good, corrected vision
• Must be able to work in above average temperatures (100+ degrees)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must have the ability to work with minimum supervision after receiving job instructions
• Must have a positive and respectful attitude
• Must have the ability to learn manufacturing operations, procedures, and technology
• Recommend corrective actions to ensure the meeting of production goals
