Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mixing and Batch Making Operator to join their team. As a Mixing and Batch Making Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Mixing and Batch Making Operator
Location: Kansas City
Pay Range: $19.00 - $20.00
Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Monday - Friday 3pm- 11:30pm
Sunday - Thursday 11pm - 7:30am
What's the Job?
- Accurately measure, portion, issue, and stage product and stabilizer materials according to pick tickets and production work order requirements.
- Record product and stabilizer quantities and complete material issue transactions in the ERP system, applying inventory to specific work orders.
- Collaborate with the manager and Material Handlers to resolve issues and manage fragrance barrels, ensuring smooth production flow.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks based on deadlines.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Previous experience using a scale is preferred, along with familiarity with inventory practices and standards.
