Isolatek International is launching a new manufacturing operation focused on the production of Fire Solve® fire-protective coating products. Production Operators will play a critical role in establishing safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations from day one.

The Production Batcher is responsible for safely preparing, verifying, weighing, staging, and organizing raw materials used in the manufacture of Fire Solve® fire-protective coating products. This position serves a critical role in the manufacturing process by ensuring materials are accurately identified, weighed, documented, and prepared prior to batch production activities.

The Production Batcher operates mixing tanks, agitators, pumps, and associated production equipment while following approved batch records, standard operating procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, inventory accuracy, material control, and process documentation to ensure products are manufactured safely and consistently.

RESPONSIBILITIES
:

  • Prepare, verify, weigh, stage, and organize raw materials for Fire Solve® production batches.
  • Review batch records and production schedules to ensure required materials are available and prepared before batch manufacturing activities begin.
  • Verify material codes, lot numbers, quantities, and inventory status prior to use.
  • Accurately weigh and document raw material additions in accordance with approved batch records and work instructions.
  • Manufacture Fire Solve® fire-protective coating products following approved formulas, procedures, and operating instructions.
  • Operate mixing tanks, agitators, pumps, scales, drum handling equipment, forklifts, and related production equipment.
  • Execute controlled raw material additions and follow established addition sequences.
  • Prepare and blend solvent mixtures in accordance with approved manufacturing procedures.
  • Monitor batch progress and communicate quality, process, or material concerns to management.
  • Maintain accurate batch records, material usage records, inventory documentation, and equipment logs.
  • Verify material consumption and support inventory accuracy through proper documentation and material control practices.
  • Perform routine process monitoring and production checks as required by manufacturing procedures.
  • Support quality verification activities and accurately document production information.
  • Stage materials and equipment required for upcoming production runs.
  • Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move raw materials, work-in-process materials, and finished goods.
