Job Details

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year

Schedule:

12 Hour Shifts, 2-2-3 rotation

The Production Supervisor will lead daily manufacturing operations and oversee approximately 25–35 hourly production employees in a rotating-shift environment.

This individual will be responsible for driving strong performance across safety, quality, productivity, cost, employee engagement and customer service. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on manufacturing leader who can develop employees, hold teams accountable and create a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety Leadership
  • Managing 25–35 hourly production employees
  • Promote a safety-first culture across all shift activities.
  • Coordinate and ensure completion of required employee safety training.
  • Lead monthly safety initiatives and reinforce safe work practices.
  • Investigate safety incidents, identify root causes and implement lasting corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all plant, corporate and regulatory safety requirements.
  • Production and Quality
  • Direct shift operations to meet production schedules and customer commitments.
  • Communicate customer expectations and product-quality requirements to the production team.
  • Ensure employees consistently follow operating procedures and quality standards.
  • Investigate production and quality issues using structured root‑cause analysis.
  • Partner with operators to implement corrective actions and prevent recurring issues.
  • Coach employees on problem‑solving and continuous‑improvement practices.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Support the facility’s Total Productive Maintenance program.
  • Lead Autonomous Maintenance activities and employee participation.
