The role leads a small crew and participates in millwork when kilns aren’t active, with a 40–45 hour week and occasional Saturday shifts.
FOAK:
Forklift OSHA certification required; PPE mandated (steel-toe boots, safety glasses). Training available for qualified candidates; benefits include medical and dental
