• Provide marketing support backed by in-depth expertise in the poultry processing machinery industry.
• Create marketing materials for poultry processing machinery sales teams, including brochures, PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, press releases, corporate releases.
• Create marketing/advertising campaigns for worldwide deployment, including strategizing and executing direct email campaigns using CRM software (Sales Force).
• Create 3D models and videos of poultry processing machinery showing functions of tools and innovative engineering.
• Contribute to the planning and logistics of corporate trade shows.
• Coordinate the promotion of company sponsor ships to various events, poultry conferences, trade shows, etc.
• Develop customized calendars for customer plants related to Parts and Service Agreements for the poultry processing machinery.
• Promote BAADER news, events, and products on various social media platforms, such as Linked In and You Tube.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of data sources such as customer mailing lists, media contact lists, equipment information files, and customer databases.
• Conduct research to gather data on market conditions, including customer preferences, industry dynamics, and trends.
• Use marketing technology, including Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Aftereffects, Illustrator;
  Solidworks Visualize and Compose; and Blender.

• Minimum Education Requirement:
  Associate’s degree or foreign equivalent in multimedia design, digital marketing, or directly related field.
• Minimum Experience Requirement: 2 years of marketing experience in poultry processing machinery industry.
• Travel Requirement: 20% travel required to unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. to collect marketing materials at customer sites and trade shows/conferences.
