Seven Healthcare is pleased to present an exciting nursing opportunity for a Travel Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) in Kansas City, KS. This assignment offers a weekly blended rate of $3,800, with day shifts consisting of 4×10 schedules over a 13-week assignment.

• Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care in a cardiovascular operating room.
• Prepare patients for cardiac and vascular procedures, including assessments and preoperative education.
• Assist surgeons and the surgical team during CVOR procedures, maintaining sterile technique.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and intraoperative treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on post‑operative care and recovery instructions.
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and surgical events in compliance with hospital standards.

• Valid Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in CVOR, cardiovascular surgery, or perioperative nursing.
