Responsibilities
  • Be the “First Face” of the community, serving as the welcoming host and providing exceptional customer service during every interaction.
  • Be the “Go‑To Guide,” answering or helping to find answers to questions from residents, vendors, guests, or employees, whether in person or by telephone.
  • Be an “Exceptional Assistant,” supporting the administrative team with assigned tasks and ensuring phone calls are answered in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem‑solving skills.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds.
  • Criminally cleared.
  • Good health and physical/mental capability to perform assigned tasks; health screening required within 6 months prior or 7 days after employment, including TB testing.
  • Position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping most of the day; sedentary periods of 1–3 hours also required. Ability to retrieve items from storage, including overhead bins or cabinets.
